The Real Estate Excellence Award serves as the national gateway to global recognition. Winners of the Saudi competition will have the opportunity to represent the Kingdom on the international stage through the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Selected winners will be nominated to compete for the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence, one of the world’s most distinguished real estate awards, recognizing the finest developments from across the globe. The international winners will be announced during the FIABCI World Real Estate Congress.
